NOTHING good at all ! My father is a recent tenant
Cons
This old lady rents out her basement and second floor into rooms. She say no cooking and her house is INFESTED with roaches and rats. She is always cursing and screaming with every tenant she has. She have another house a few houses away and fight all the time. My dad rented from her and his life was tormented. She has two daughters and she is always also cursing those two girls out disgustingly. It’s so sad I pity them
