    Roaches and mice
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Super is nice
    The laundry is mostly empty
    You can find parking in front of the building most of the time
    Cons:
    In the winter the heat is so high in my apartment i have to use the AC
    There are roaches in the summer
    There are mice
    Advice to owner:
    Get better pest control
