Pros:
Landlord is responsive to the many repairs we had to have done.
Cons:
Rat infestation on the block. Garbage area often infested. Mice and large cockroaches in the building. Termites found in hallway. Shared gas and electric meter situation found. The lady who shows the apartment is a neighbor across the street not a licensed realtor yet they charge a brokers fee. They prey on people with bad credit. Now that National grid is investigating the meters they are trying to force us out.
Advice to owner:
Stop scamming people.
