    Pros:
    The building is generally quiet and the managers always vacuum to keep the first floor clean
    Cons:
    - Heat is always 5-20 degrees below state regulations unless you call 311 and they only put it up for 3 days then turn it back down to under regulations
    - The people in the office of ADI Management don’t return phone calls at all even when you leave voicemails
    Advice to owner:
    Keep the heat up to state regulations or higher
