Buyers beware, renters rough gem
Former Tenant
Pros:
In the center of it all, Nassau buses, NYC buses, F train, supermarkets, schools, etc
Cons:
Neighbors are at each other’s throats. Unregulated fines for the most ridiculous things (By the co-op) super is unreliable, patched work done for any problems. Driveway constantly blocked. School across the street causes high traffic noise. Near bankruptcy (wouldn’t advise investing).
Advice to owner:
The pest control is less than desired
