Pros

Building is beautiful , amenities are nice, former super is extra cool

Cons

Parking is AWFUL! Strong presence of drug use outside , neighbors are careless.

Advice to the owners

Respond to the tenants. We already pay enough to reside here .

Gentrified building in the hood

Pros

Nice amenities, nice units themselves, the handy man is very nice.

Cons

Management was very unresponsive, never fixed things when they said they would, building was often dirty and took a lot to get them to clean, neighborhood is sketchy

Follow through when people complain and you say you will.

I wouldn’t say it’s unsafe but I wouldn’t walk alone at night if you can help it. I never saw anything bad while living there but wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for Saftey first.
