    need better management

    Pros:
    nice sunlight and very cozy
    Cons:
    roach infested, mouse infested, toilets leak alot, bugs are about to get inside the apartment. also the ceiling is cracked and the floor tiles has risen up and also of roaches
    Advice to owner:
    help people and stop blaming the tenant if your tenant ask for the landlord to fix something then she or he should do it
