    Nice apt very quiet area
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Next to schools and shopping area and a lot of children in the area
    Cons:
    Yard was very dirty peaople walking free in the back yard to still and no lights in the back of the house for safety
    Advice to owner:
    Be more attending to your tenants
