Seriously no pros the electricity and everything else needs repair.
Home is old need a lot of maintenance repairs. Landlord is more concern about money then fixing the issues. Lots of rodents and roaches lots of repairs. He needs to hire a real construction company and stop cutting corners.
Need to gut out apartment and reconstruct from scratch.
