    Pros:
    Nothing good about this place they pretend to be nice the min they collect your money your on your own.
    Cons:
    The building is filthy the neighbors are disgusting they have the entire building a mess the owner son lives in the basement and smokes all day. It’s the worst, when you need something fixed management never reply and is always traveling when it’s time to actually manage the property. Let’s not forget how they don’t like to give you your deposit back so make sure to live out your full deposit cause your not getting that back at all, this is the worst living situation I’ve ever experienced
    Advice to owner:
    Just sell all your building and fire your staff and make it easier for future renters you’re a scammer and a cheat.
