    Location,
    space, nice neighborhood
    Cons:
    If your not Indian culture I
    Wouldn’t suggest living here.
    Advice to owner:
    Fully renovate it properly before renting, if your not a fan of a certain race don’t rent to them. It creates tensions for minor reasons.
