Convenient to local areas via MTA or Amtrak
Owner was friendly at first, then became irate when the store below complained of leak that was not in the apartment. He tried to place blame on me, but could not pin point the area of issue. He then became the landlord from hell. Did nothing to fix things and get trash removed.
