Insulation between walls
Cons:
Nosy neighbors . Intrusive neighbors . Begging neighbors . LOUD neighbors !!!
The super guy that lived downstairs sold and smoked crack in the house , you could smell it through the walls . Him and a female tenant did it together sometimes , she lived in apartment 2F .
Advice to owner:
Kick everyone out and get new tenants .
