Horrible Place to call Home
Pros
Family oriented and Smiles when they talk to you.
Cons
Very loud, no insulation in floors, not considerate when it comes to people living in their basement. The landlord have issues with his attitude and he looses his temper frequently. You hear everytime they argue upstairs.
Advice to the owners
Be more considerate, people are paying to live in your house at least have the decency to appreciate their peace and quiet. Update the insulation issue because we hear everytime you speak and everytime you walk. When there are guests over, they stomp with no consideration.
