    They don’t care!
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    The neighbors are firefighters.
    Cons:
    Pest control is not a priority with owner, there’s actually 5 families living there not 3 as it states. Illegal conversion of apts.
    Advice to owner:
    Stop being a slumlord
