Not a good landlord

Pros:
The block is very quiet.
Cons:
Landlord very noisy complains about everything.!!Beware the apartment have a lot of mice.& roaches.No heat in the winter apartment very cold.🥶
Advice to owner:
Give you tenants the same hospitality you give your self
