Everything is outdated! The landlord is cheap and hasn’t upgraded the property since it was built. He also isn’t cooperative or attentive to his paying tenants needs. He’s done minor work on the house but the house is in need of repairs. The landlord doesn’t take out the trash most times and can be irresponsible when it comes to anything regarding his property.
