    Beautiful place. Crazy owner

    Pros:
    The apartment and grounds are beautiful
    Cons:
    The landlord is crazy. She will access your apartment without permission, spy on you, turn off your heat, demand inspections constantly, find fault with everything you do, accuse you of doing things you didn’t do, evict you
    Advice to owner:
    Sell to someone sane. Or don’t rent.
