quiet home, however, landlord Roxann St. Hill is intrusive

property and neighborhood are relatively quiet, considering close proximity to the elevated (A) line blocks away
Cons:
poor heating provided, landlord Roxann St. Hill is intrusive to male occupants/will attempt to harass and be overbearing
Advice to owner:
the 3 harassment complaints with the city should tell Roxann St. Hill (landlord) all that she needs to know
