    Nice house with the right tenants

    Pros:
    Great hot water, good garbage service.
    Cons:
    Poor heat, electric oven does not work. Tenants who don't give a shit about keeping the house clean.
    Advice to owner:
    Choose your tenants more carefully, and the remove the trouble makers already there.
