    Pros:
    Very friendly block and neighbors.
    Cons:
    Landlords are quick-fixers only and don’t want to deal with actual problems. Would frequently make tenants pay for repairs.
    Advice to owner:
    You should not have a building if you have no ability or desire to maintain it.
