    Cozy building

    Pros:
    The building and apartment is very clean. There's no elevator but that's ok. Lots of light (or at least in my apartment) and a very quiet, peaceful and good neighborhood.
    Cons:
    There's like a land on one side of the building and it looks like other buildings nearby use it to leave all the trash until the recolection, there's no bad smell but it's not good to leave a window or the door in the balcony open because there's a lot of mosquitos and flies
    Advice to owner:
    Everything good by far :)
