    Pros:
    Friendly staff, cleanliness
    Cons:
    Elevator doesn’t work, advertised with a gym and there is no gym. APT terraces have been closed down for months with no news on when the work will start.
    Advice to owner:
    This a condo owned building but overall building maintenance should be maintained and improved.
