    Pros:
    Even though it is low income housing It’s a very quiet building
    Cons:
    The small rodents that I have to fight off of me and my child and the uncleanliness of the building. Need serious help with pest control.
    Advice to owner:
    We have to rehab some apartments in building. Especially the one with women and children
