    Nice building, terrible neighbors

    Pros:
    I liked the location, the cleanliness of the building.
    Cons:
    The hookah lounge next door is the worst neighbor possible. They are loud and make the street dirty.
    Advice to owner:
    Tell the hookah lounge to control their noise.
