    Not a surprise for corona
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Close to buses/trains, groceries, laundry
    Cons:
    It takes extremely long for maintenance to be done, most times not done at all if not reminded.
    Walls extremely thin and neighbors are loud so every conversation can be heard
