    Pros:
    Long private entrance,
    Cons:
    *Mailboxes were always open.
    *Packages always went missing
    *Basement floods
    *Stairs get dirty with garbage

    landowner “Alice” kicked my mom, sister, & I illegally. She had a fake eviction notice delivered to us to the name “Jane Doe” =,D which did not work. Then she refused to return out security deposit and used that to force us out.

    Horrible experience. Racist as well. Would not recommend living here.
    Advice to owner:
    Never kick people out the way you do. It is immoral and illegal.
