Pretty Good Building

Pros:
I’ve lived here for almost 3 years and can’t really complain. The building is clean, the doormen and maintenance guys are lovely and it’s pet friendly.
Cons:
Construction has been going on for over 2 years and is about to start up again. The building also faces a middle school so it’s loud during the day with recess and band rehearsal.

Family oriented bldg in the Queens

Pros:
Proximity to Trader Joe’s, subway and local shops all within short walking distance. 24/7 doorman which gives a sense of security.
Cons:
Very expensive compared to other supposedly luxury 24/7 doorman bldgs,. in the same neighborhood. Very noisy and heat level is on the low side. Bldg has control over the electricity bill.
