    Great place, landlord is okay
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Neighborhood is great!
    Very spacious.
    Gets a lot of sun.
    Cons:
    Landlord does not give much notice when she needs to get into the apartment.
    Did not communicate well while preparing to move out.
    Advice to owner:
    More advanced notice when things need to be done around the apartment and communicate better when tenants move out if there are issues.
