Decent living in residential area
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet buildings nestled within residential area
Street parking
Adequate heat
Cons:
Walk up but only 2-3 stories
Rental agents have nasty attitudes
Getting maintenance done can be like pulling teeth
Advice to owner:
Get new agents/staff in office and teach them how to have sense of urgency and how to deal with the clients they serve (residents)
