Disrespectful treatment of tenants
Advice to owner:
You should be ashamed of yourselves, letting a property like this be left in shambles. I guess cause it’s a low income property, we should expect it from the owners of Hudson Yards?

The property is left to rot. Elevators constantly out, brown water, drugs, broken mailboxes, apathetic owners, elevator taken out of commission during Covid 19 for “modernization” after 10 years of breaking. Entrances & exit locks broken. Terrible relationships with tenants
Advice to owner:
Get it together. Tenants are joining forces to call news to come out
