Landlord is responsive and caring, pest control is good, only one neighbor, very bright and sunny, nice area, close to train, loved living here
Cons:
very loud outside from Thursday-Sunday due to club across the street and restaurant downstairs (I was able to sleep fine but others have complained), garbage management isn’t great, continuous leaking from roof into second bedroom and bathroom - landlord has been working on this for months, now it’s only leaking when it rains into the shower, mail system downstairs is messy
