    Not pleased. I am just persevering because I am a student

    Pros:
    Quiet most times
    Cons:
    Very dirty, not responsive, neglect when I talked about the aircon not working during summer (a person came after days of persistence and saying that the heat wave was too much), heating system not great, suspect carbon monoxide/propane poisoning as I have been feeling dizzy, nauseous, and ill constantly. I reported severally and complained to the agent severally but to no avail
    Advice to owner:
    To constantly have check-in and conduct his/her due diligence
