overall LOVED this place
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great security, location, rent was good, elevator was fast. Lovely apt with balcony and updated bathroom
Cons:
you really cant get rid of the roaches-definitely a building issue.
Advice to owner:
Of course keep rent low as you can - thats the most important thing.
