    Great building
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Management is very good at handling issues, trash is picked up daily, heaters switched on at the right time every winter, pre-war building so you can’t hear neighbors.
    Cons:
    Not pet friendly
    Advice to owner:
    None. Great building. Sad to leave!
