    The owner should tear the building down

    Pros:
    Gas and electric included
    Cons:
    The building is dirty people don’t care people shit piss in the hallways sleep on the roof rats roaches throughout the building the owners don’t care they just want their money
    Advice to owner:
    Tear the building down build a playground instead
