    Pros:
    It’s a rent-stabilized building.

    DHCR - Queens Borough Rent Office and Enforcement Unit is good resource. Make an appointment and know your tenant rights. Be sure to get apartment registration.
    Cons:
    This property was bought by Flushing Gallery LLC and managed by Royal Property Management. Very, very slow to respond to maintenance service requests. Best to contact 311 to put pressure on management to take care of maintenance issues.
