    Location is good.
    Cons:
    Elevator needs repair, makes disrupting noise when stopping on EACH floor!
    Advice to owner:
    Fix your Elevator!

    Cons:
    Floors are made of paper and CREAK
    Super extremely slow to respond (two months+ wait)
