Quiet neighborhood & street parking
Cons:
Landlord enters apartment frequently, changes rules randomly, changes utility payment randomly, very thin walls, neighbors are disrespectful and nosy. Landlord hasn’t painted or done any repairs. Old renovations. Renting Illegal basement, very hazardous. A lot of leaks, flooding and pluming issues. Not trust worthy and monthly issues.
Advice to owner:
Invest in repairs by owner only. Tenant is not responsible for utilities or cleaning outside property. Owner should not enter tenants paid rented apartment without permission. Over charging for illegal rental. Unsafe living environment. Landlord should not ask tenant to do any repairs and pay own their own.
