pretty nice place

Pros:
next to the beach
nice balcony
the elevator usually works
feels safe
large laundry room
Cons:
sometimes the elevator is smelly
mail deliveries arrive at inconsistent times
sometimes neighbors who are smokers throw the cigarette butts and they land on our balcony
