Affordable Low-income housing
Cons:
7 years no offer to paint, roach infest, lazy/inexperienced maintenance workers, dummy cameras, steal your packages, 117 apts, 6 machines/dryers with 4 working, keeps playground locked, Poor Heat, Broken Buzzers/Intercom, Do not clean upper floors or Stairwells, Superintendent/Management is ghetto hood rats that created a hostile environment by being overly aggressive, disrespectful, harassing, retaliation, and tries to be intimidating and provoking. They smoke cigarettes and marijuana here, slow drainage, low toilet, small rooms, Unleveled floor.
Advice to owner:
Hire professionals, fix the problems, and create a better living environment and maintaining it for the children, disabled, and elderly. Maintenance should not be able to hangout in an vacant apartment when there is floors to be clean.
