    WORST LANDLORD EVER. A CROOK and A LIAR

    Pros:
    Good location. Area kind of safe. Not far from the highway and JFK airport.
    Cons:
    Landlord is a CROOK, A LIAR and a very dishonest old man. Building has multiple violations. No building management.
    Advice to owner:
    Try honesty sometimes.
