    Worst Landlord Just Wants The Money Fix Everything Yourself Slumlord For Sure

    Pros:
    Friendly neighbors and a nice breeze in the summer is the only Pros for this address
    Cons:
    Always filthy piled up garbage landlord refuses to get professional help for mold rodents etc
    Advice to owner:
    Maintain your properties and stop blocking ppl from getting apartments after they get away from you telling prospective landlords lies
