    Overall great building

    Pros:
    No bugs. Very friendly staff. Safe. Fast maintenance. Neighbors are quiet. Good amenities
    Cons:
    Very loud from being on center blvd, during the summer the street in front of the building is like a carnival with people partying in the park until 2am.

    maintenance and staff are all responsive and helpful, no real issues within apartment
    Cons:
    lots of children so can be noisy
