No bugs. Very friendly staff. Safe. Fast maintenance. Neighbors are quiet. Good amenities
Very loud from being on center blvd, during the summer the street in front of the building is like a carnival with people partying in the park until 2am.

It all depends on what floor you are on and which way your windows face. I am on a low floor and it is a dealbreaker, I can hear everything going on outside
