    CROOK and LIAR LANDLORD. Deceives prospect tenants

    Pros:
    Apartments are kind of big. Big space in front
    Cons:
    Space is dirty. NO BUILDING MANAGEMENT to clean the premises. False promises from landlord that made me move from another of his apartments. Big mistake.
    Advice to owner:
    Clean up the premises. Enforce the Non smoking regulation.
