    Owner highly responsive, clean building, no noise, private balcony on every floor
    Cons:
    Garbage management could be better
    Advice to owner:
    Thank you enjoyed living there for 3 years

    Easy Living in Astoria

    Close to the subway and Grocery store. Napoli pizza on the corner is fantastic
    Cons:
    Laundry only for use by property owner. Rooftop able to be used with permission only
