Nice amenities, well managed building.

Cons

Appliances are cheaper than they seem, the price you pay now is kind of crazy if money is a concern.

Could potentially be a great building

Pros

The front desk workers really do work well. Never lose any packages.

Cons

The building entrance doesn’t have fob key and if the front desk person is away, anybody could come in which happened more than a few times . It is not very safe building to live.

Advice to the owners

Please re activate fob key for the entrance
