    Pros:
    The waterfront views here are incredible, and the apartments are super modern with great finishes.

    You’ve got plenty of amenities like a gym, rooftop, and lounge areas, plus it’s close to parks and great dining spots.

    The commute to Manhattan is super easy with nearby subway access.
    Cons:
    Rent is definitely on the pricier side, and some of the amenities can get crowded at peak times. Parking is limited, so having a car here might be tricky.

    Also, the area can get a bit windy since it’s right by the water.

    Pros:
    Excellent building/maintenance staff, great location right next to the park, clean and quiet, large and clean laundry room
    Cons:
    In the winter when the winds were strong, there would be some wind noise (not wind itself) coming through the heating unit.
