    elevator building and convenient location
    Cons:
    poor management that doesn’t even do the minimum. building not well maintained and renovators cut major corners.
    Advice to owner:
    maintain the building!!!

    thin walls, constant graffiti, bad doors, frequent stolen packages, cheaply renovated
