Worst Landlord Ever

Nice park next to house.

Cons

I do NOT recommend this place because landlord refuses to fix anything if it breaks in the house. She is very rude to her tenants using foul language and cursing. She threatens to kick out tenants when she is going through her own emotional problems. She is very bipolar. Doesn’t respect anyone but expects respect. Neighborhood is also not very safe. Someone stole my dad’s muffler from under his car along with the catalytic converter and sensors.
